In order to be eligible for a refund, proof of damaged products must be emailed to support@seasadncurls.com within 48 hours after the package has been delivered. At this time you can either request a refund or new product(s) to be resent. After we receive emailed proof, our team will inspect it and process your refund/re-shipment. Funds will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show on your credit card statement. A tracking number will be issued within 3-5 days if you chose to have products re-shipped. If the damaged products are not emailed within the required 48 hours, you will not be eligible for a refund.
